--Masks continue to be required at individual lessons for all participants. Masks are no longer required at group lessons.
--Any time you are feeling the slightest bit sick or you have scheduling issues, you may attend both individual and group lessons on Zoom.

GROUP LESSON ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT
Submission of this form assumes that you and/or your child plan to attend at least 70% of this year's group lessons and concert events and that you agree to abide by the policies as stated on my website.
POLICIES: The schedule during the school year is much less flexible than the summer. The make-up and refund policies, described on the website, will be in force.
